Bad Music, Good Marketing
One social trend that never ceases to amaze me, is how these bad artists and Disney acts can rule the world just with good marketing. I mean, it makes sense in theory, but to the extent that it happens? Take Hannah Montana for example. They gave her a tv show, and a world tour, and now she is on top of the music industry. Can she sing? Not really, can she dance? Yes. Can she entertain? Obviously. This seems to be the trend in the music industry, entertainment value over talent. Seacrest out.
